Which Orders Qualify

The guarantee covers a complete 90-day supply of Venus Drops™ bought directly from shopkurva.com: either the Buy 2 Get 1 Free bundle (3 bottles), or three separate Buy 1 orders that together add up to at least 90 days of use.

A single Buy 1 order on its own is not eligible. Venus Drops™ is designed to be taken consistently over 90 days, and one bottle (about 30 days) simply isn't long enough to judge it fairly.

How It Works

  1. Take Venus Drops™ every day, exactly as directed, for the full 90 days.
  2. If you're not satisfied at the end of those 90 days, contact us within 90 days of your most recent delivery date to request your refund.
  3. Email support@shopkurva.com with the subject line “90-Day Guarantee Request” and include your full name, your order number(s) and the reason for your request.
  4. We'll review your request to confirm that it's eligible. Once your eligibility and proof of purchase are confirmed, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 1–3 business days. Please allow your bank or payment provider some extra time to show the refund on your account.

What's Not Covered

  • A single Buy 1 order on its own
  • Requests sent before the full 90-day period has been completed
  • Orders not placed directly on shopkurva.com, including purchases from resellers or third-party marketplaces
  • Repeat guarantee claims, or more than one request from the same household
  • Requests submitted without proof of purchase

We reserve the right to decline any request that shows signs of abuse or misuse of this guarantee.

Damaged, Missing or Lost Parcels

Problems with delivery (damaged, missing or lost items) are handled under our Shipping Policy, including our optional Shipping Protection.
